The Lagoon 421 is a follow-on from the Lagoon 420 which made its debut in 2007 boasting an incredible amount of room for a catamaran measuring just 42 feet long. This updated version offers the same comforts as the well-known 420 but boasta a new internal design and construction technique.
As regards liveability and functionality, the large cockpit and dinette areas are guaranteed which can accomodate up to 10 people comfortably along with 4 bright and well-ventilated cabins, each with its own bathroom and shower. The hard bimini offers protection from the sun and wind and it is easy to move around between the bow and stern net without any obstacles getting in your way.
The space available for guests between the dinette, stern and fly which host the steering station will satisfy those who do not like to be squashed up aboard together with the rest of the crew.
But the level of performance has also been reviewed in this new updated version with the infusion construction technique which allows for a further reduction in the catamaran's weight, the gull-shaped base of the dinette for a smoother line and modern, improved rigging.
